- Learning about triggers and inner process when thinking about or conducting public speaking
- Learning easy, gentle and effective techniques & strategies to deal with the emotional & physical responses to public speaking
- Practising & implementing these techniques and strategies
- Setting measurable goals in relation to public speaking
- Testing the techniques and strategies (as part of the goal plan)
This program does not teach you how to construct a speech – it teaches you how to feel confident and positive when you do!
